After 7 years of business under Alchemy Tile, owner Jon Bleau decided to partner with friends Bryce and Kearsten Anderson and step into Brighter Days. We may not all be related by blood but we are family just the same.

Jon Bleau
Owner, Master Tile Installer, Visionary
After learning all of the basics of construction, Jon found his passion in the intricacy of tile work. After moving to Wilmington Jon opened his own tile company Alchemy Tile. After 6 years working solo Jon paired up with Bryce to become Brighter Days Tile. Jon brings his attention to detail, creative mind, and passion to every project!
Kearsten Anderson
Owner, Office Manager
With a background in marketing and client relations, Kearsten helps ensure every Brighter Days Tile project runs smoothly from start to finish.
At Brighter Days Tile, Kearsten manages scheduling, communication, and the behind-the-scenes details that keep projects organized and stress-free for homeowners. As a wife and mom of three girls, she values creating homes that are both beautiful and functional and is committed to making every client interaction positive and personal.

Jordan Bleau
Project Manager
Jordan has worked alongside his brother Jon in the tile industry for years, first gaining hands-on experience working under Alchemy Tile. In January, he officially joined the Brighter Days Tile team, bringing both field knowledge and strong organizational skills to the role of Project Manager. Jordan oversees project materials, coordinates timelines, answers client questions, and works closely with our subcontractor teams to ensure every project runs smoothly from start to finish. His attention to detail and commitment to quality help keep Brighter Days Tile projects on track and clients well taken care of.
At Brighter Days Tile, we work with a trusted group of subcontractor installers who are carefully vetted and selected for their craftsmanship, professionalism, and reliability. Many of our installers have 20+ years of experience in the tile industry and share the same commitment to quality that defines our company.
We view our subcontractors as a critical part of our Brighter Days Team and consider them apart of the family. Each installer works closely with us to ensure projects are completed to our standards, timelines are respected, and homeowners feel confident throughout the entire process. Our goal is to create a team environment where everyone takes pride in their work and every project reflects the quality our clients expect.
